Online Shopping

You agree to access services and transact on this site at your own risk and discretion. A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any errors or omissions, whether by itself or third parties. Ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate. Once payment is received, the product will be delivered as per the address you provided. You are committed to completing the transaction after placing an order.

Minimum delivery time: 10 minutes
Maximum delivery time: 7-10 hours

Product Pricing

Prices listed on the site are up to date. However, due to possible data entry errors, A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order in such cases. Refunds for cancellations will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

• Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Limited to one offer per address.
• Valid only for the first recharge.
• Cashback cannot be refunded.

• This offer is applicable to customers who subscribe to eligible dairy products like milk.
• Pay for the first four deliveries, and the next four are free.
• Only available for customers with a Free VIP Trial who place their first milk order.
• Up to 2 units per product can be claimed under this offer.
• Free milk packets won’t have packaging or delivery charges.

VIP Membership – Terms & Conditions

• VIP Membership provides discounts on products within the Orgaaa app.
• First-time users get a 15-day free VIP trial.
• Discounts vary by plan and location.
• Membership discounts apply only when shopping through the mobile app.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their subscription via the app or by contacting customer support.
• Multiple accounts from the same address are prohibited.

FnV Cancellation (At Delivery)

If the customer rejects a FnV order at the time of delivery, they must pay a cancellation charge of Rs. 100.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd regarding your use of the site.

Communication

By registering with A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd, you consent to receive notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls related to order management.

Billing & Payment

• The billing cycle is every 15 days.
• If paying by cheque, it should be made out to A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
• Cash payments require submitting the OTP received on your registered mobile before handing over cash.

Return Policy

A2Z 360 Management (OPC) Pvt Ltd / Alife Invention Biotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd does not accept returns unless related to product quality issues. If you no longer require a product, the return will be denied.

Orgaaa Referral Program

• A user can refer up to 15 new users, with restrictions on the address.
• The Referrer must have made at least one recharge of Rs. 150 or a cumulative recharge of Rs. 2000.
• The Referee must complete a recharge of Rs. 200 for the referral to be successful.
• Cashback from the referral can’t be combined with other offers.

NACH Mandate & Transaction Management

Transactions through NACH Mandate will only be processed on business days. If a transaction falls on a non-business day, it will be processed the following business day.
